5.2 After 30 Days

6. License Deactivation Upon Refund

6.1 Immediate Deactivation

When a refund is processed:

  • Excel Crusher software will stop functioning
  • You will lose access to help resources and documentation

6.2 Software Removal

After receiving a refund, you are expected to:

  • Uninstall Excel Crusher from all devices
  • Delete all copies of the software
  • Cease all use of the software

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

7.1 Fraudulent Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for purchases involving:

  • Fraudulent payment methods
  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
  • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple purchases and refunds)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

7.2 Upgrade Refunds

If you upgrade from Standard to BC Edition:
